Engine

Acadia’s standard 3.6L V6 SIDI engine combines 288hp (net) with 366Nm (net) torque, so power is always there for you, along with great fuel economy—up to 11km/L on the highway. Acadia offers a standard six-speed automatic transmission, while available all-wheel drive enhances stability and control on a variety of surfaces. As Acadia passes by, note a fitting visual touch: chrome at the tips of the double dual exhaust.

Interior

Acadia’s interior is comfortable and quiet. Noise is kept to a minimum, thanks to thick door glass, strategic applications of acoustic foam and refined engine acoustics. Even the wiper blades are designed for low wind resistance, which helps reduce noise. A tri-zone climate control system helps ensure the comfort of passengers in all three rows. In addition, the Acadia has ample space to store your belongings, including a spacious glovebox, a bin above the instrument panel and spaces in the center console, front-row seatbacks and below the rear cargo floor.

Rearview mirror/camera

An available rearview camera system includes a built-in camera mounted near the license plate. When in reverse, an image from the camera is displayed on a portion of the rearview mirror (so you can still use the mirror). The mirror reverts to a normal full-frame reflection when you shift into Drive or Park.

Handling

An available electronically controlled on-demand Intelligent All-Wheel-Drive system helps Acadia offer outstanding ride and handling. It constantly monitors and adjusts torque quickly and seamlessly between front and rear wheels as necessary.
